LogoVinci stands behind its product and if there is a defect in any garments/prints supplied by us, we will replace or exchange it at no charge to you. Defects include using the wrong artwork, placing artwork incorrectly, using the wrong garment, and using a garment with holes, rips, or stains. We do not cover buyer’s remorse or prints using customer supplied artwork or garments.
You are responsible for making sure your order is submitted with the correct specifications including, but not limited to garment selection (make, model, size and color), specified print size, and locations, artwork quality, and shipping addresses. All artwork is printed as it is provided by you.
If we ship you product with any of the defects noted above, email us at email@example.com with a photo(s) of the defective product(s) and a description of the defect (requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date). Upon review and approval, we will issue you an RMA number and provide return shipping labels to return the goods for replacement or exchange. Only product that is returned will be replaced or exchanged.
